About

Marcus “Eagleman” Cranston is a physician, retired USAF Colonel, and an avid soccer fan who lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Marcus Cranston has attended over 150 U.S. National Team matches, and 7 World Cups, and is universally known to fans, players, broadcasters, federation leadership, and corporate sponsors as “Eagleman”.

After years of interacting with fans and media at US matches, Cranston seeks to leverage the recognition of Eagleman and soccer’s worldwide popularity to achieve three major objectives - Promote Fandom, Capture History, and Support Charity.

He is a former U.S. Soccer Fan Council representative and Qatar Fan Leader Network member. He is currently secretary for the Las Vegas Chapter of American Outlaws and a member of Sammers SC and the Society for American Soccer History.

After searching for over 40 years for a team to support in the UK, Cranston finally found Wrexham AFC. The underdog mining town holds much in common with his childhood home, a small, paper mill town in Montana. With Rob and Ryan providing an American connection and the list of locals befriended on travels to Wrexham growing rapidly, the passion and the bond have been solidified. Cranston now seeks to help others connect with the town and the team.

Eagleman and Wonder Woman Scrapbook

In 2014, Cranston’s wife, Lila, insisted he chose a costume to go along with her Wonder Woman outfit that she was planning to wear during the USMNT games at the World Cup in Brazil. When he designed his American eagle costume, he had no idea of the path he was about to embark upon. You can see images of their journey from Manus, Brazil, and the 2014 World Cup to the latest U.S. National Team games in their Scrapbook at the link below. CLICK HERE
